Estimator – Electrical & Construction Projects

Seeking an experienced Electrical & Construction Estimator to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role supports pre-construction planning, risk assessment, and financial forecasting to drive profitability and operational efficiency. The estimator analyzes drawings, specifications, and vendor pricing to produce detailed bids with appropriate contingencies and profit margins. Key duties include reviewing blueprints, evaluating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, and negotiating quotes. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution plans, while identifying scope gaps and design inconsistencies. Provide guidance during bid reviews, monitor market trends, and support risk mitigation and cost benchmarking throughout the project lifecycle.
