We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer I to join the AI Assurance Lab to design and operate scalable data infrastructure and model validation pipelines.
Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured clinical data from EHR, imaging, and text sources.
Automate data preparation, lineage tracking, and reproducibility for AI model inputs and outputs, with real-time monitoring and drift detection.
Develop and run pre-deployment validation and post-deployment monitoring, ensuring HIPAA compliance and governance policies.
Collaborate with data scientists, clinical product owners, DevOps, and governance committees to deliver observable ML workflows.
Create dashboards and tooling for observability across the ML lifecycle and contribute to standards, documentation, and continuous learning.
