Construction Project Manager – Salford

A Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a £19m leisure centre project in Salford from pre-construction to completion. They will coordinate with design, commercial, and planning teams during the PCSA stage, ensuring the project meets the programme, budget, quality, and safety standards. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain, maintaining stakeholder relationships and overseeing project reporting. The position requires experience in delivering large construction projects, ideally within leisure or complex building sectors, with strong leadership and commercial skills. The successful candidate will manage the project through an 18-month construction programme, working initially on hybrid basis from Leeds or Sutton-in-Ashfield. They must be willing to relocate to Salford when construction begins.
