Junior Game Artist Apprenticeship

Realityjam offers a two-year industry access programme for aspiring game artists, involving structured training and paid work. The first year focuses on game creation and Unity skills, with trainees working on live projects and building a professional portfolio. Upon completion, participants progress into a paid apprenticeship developing game worlds and assets using Unity and Blender, with remote work managed via Discord and Jira. Participants will attend in-person events for feedback and team building, and work towards earning the Unity Certified Associate credential. The programme prepares individuals for full-time roles in game art and development, with ongoing employment opportunities.
