Project Accountant – Belfast

A Belfast-based organisation in the aerospace, defence, security, and space sectors is seeking a Project Accountant or Cost Specialist to support financial management across key projects. The role involves preparing review packs, project analysis reports, and liaising with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Candidates should have a qualification such as ICAI, ACCA, or CIMA, with 1-2 years PQE preferably in manufacturing, and strong skills in ERP systems like Oracle, along with MS Excel. Experience with TM1 and Power BI is advantageous, complemented by effective stakeholder communication and analytical skills. The position requires supporting contract estimates, rolling forecasts, and risk mitigation, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and aiding internal and external audits.
