Lead the design and operation of the Gradient AI platform, delivering a simple, scalable agent development experience with low latency and predictable performance.
Own architectural vision across backend systems and customer-facing interactions, driving scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Set technical standards, tooling, and processes; mentor engineers and elevate architectural rigor and operational excellence.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable technical roadmaps.
Oversee reliability, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and AI-driven automation (IaC, CI/CD, monitoring) to optimize operations.
Champion internal tooling and novel agent paradigms, helping productize them and raise the overall engineering quality.
