Design and build the backend control plane for an AI-powered consumer app, shaping how models, data, and users interact at scale.
Develop backend services, integrate LLMs, vision, and speech models, and build orchestration pipelines (agents, tools, workflows).
Implement prompt management and versioning, plus evaluation, logging, and feedback systems to drive continuous improvement.
Create scalable APIs for mobile and web clients, and handle retries, caching, rate limits, and fallbacks with robust security and cost controls.
Optimize for latency, reliability, and cost, operating under real-world constraints in production-grade AI infrastructure.
Requirements: 4+ years backend experience, hands-on AI model integration, and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go, plus REST/gRPC API design.
