Coordinate freight management and event logistics from planning to on-site delivery and post-event review.
Support clients and the events team with shipping, coordination, and delivery of materials.
Manage shipments ranging from small courier consignments to international freight, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Prepare commercial quotations, acknowledge confirmed orders, and handle invoicing and project finance.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and suppliers, providing updates at each project stage.
