Conduct on-site assessments of residential and commercial losses, photographing and sketching the damage.
Prepare detailed repair estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility where applicable).
Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and property managers to define accurate scopes of work.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and clients, educating them on restoration and reconstruction processes.
Lead follow-ups to sell reconstruction work, build client relationships, and secure future projects.
Manage change orders and supplements in a timely manner while staying current with industry best practices.
