Develop accurate, full-service estimates for installation, replacement, and upgrading of traffic signals, street lighting, roadway signage, sign structures, and related DOT items.
Analyze construction challenges using customer data and standard tools, delivering prompt, efficient resolutions while managing multiple projects.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, government representatives, and private clients to ensure bid quality.
Conduct pre-bid site visits to gather critical information and data essential for accurate pricing.
Utilize estimating software (Bid2Win) and CAD/GIS tools to prepare comprehensive, well-supported bids.
Support travel and occasional overtime as needed to meet client deadlines and project scopes.
