仕事内容
Work as a freelance property viewing agent, conducting property viewings, video viewings, photography, floor plans, and inspections on your own schedule.
Accept or reject appointments within your defined travel radius, giving you full flexibility.
Communicate clearly with clients and property owners, and work confidently on your own.
Requirements include fluent English, punctuality, reliability, and a DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within the last three years.
Compensation is per appointment, with typical rates and higher pay for longer or more technical tasks.
The role is field-based and primarily on the road around Aberdare and across the UK as assigned.
