Lead the end-to-end ML platform design and delivery for the Claims domain, spanning data/feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and observability.
Own data pipelines, feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and scalable training/inference architectures.
Develop and productionize models across traditional ML and deep learning, including gradient boosted trees and Transformers, to drive measurable business impact.
Partner with Claims Operations, Product, Data Science, Platform/SRE, Security, and Compliance to translate requirements into concrete ML objectives and outcomes.
Explore GenAI capabilities and retrieval-augmented workflows to augment ML systems while upholding reliability, governance, and cost efficiency.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance; drive ML CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and ongoing platform improvements.
