仕事内容
Lead AI Data Engineer to architect and deploy scalable data pipelines and a central knowledge base for marketing analytics.
Design and productionize AI/ML systems, with emphasis on agentic architectures, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and deployment.
Build end-to-end ETL in Snowflake and BigQuery, construct DBT pipelines, and implement robust CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Partner with marketing to define data requirements, deliver rapid PoCs, document specifications, and drive data-driven decision making for autonomous agents.
Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure data quality, security, and global scalability across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Automate repeatable data frameworks and enable cross-functional stakeholders to gain actionable insights from marketing metrics.
