Electrical Engineer

An electrical engineer with experience in heavy industry is sought for a role in Birmingham involving maintenance and support of electrical systems across an industrial manufacturing site. The position entails working with transformers, switchgear, protection relays, motors, VSDs, substations and industrial power systems to ensure safety, reliability and asset efficiency. The role involves supporting plant breakdowns, shutdowns and participating in asset improvement projects. Candidates should possess a degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification and have a background in an industrial setting. The role provides a Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am to 12:30 pm schedule. The role does not specify remote work options.
