仕事内容
Lead full-cycle executive search for Sr Director+ across Corporate and Commercial functions (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and related enterprise areas).
Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies, including prospect mapping, target lists, talent pools, and compelling narratives.
Partner with hiring executives and HRBPs to define profiles, success criteria, and evaluation frameworks; drive urgent, high-quality candidate delivery.
Advise senior leaders with data, market insights, and talent strategy; coach hiring managers on assessment, interviewing, and decisions.
Build proactive pipelines, monitor market trends in CPG/F&B, and influence organizational design, succession planning, and external talent trends.
Ensure a respectful, transparent candidate experience and maintain rigorous search operations and vendor management.
