仕事内容
Perform documentation analysis and contribute to design for manufacturability (DFM) and FMEA to ensure robust electrical assemblies.
Prepare product line layouts and production line material flow, optimizing capacity, time studies, and routing.
Develop and maintain standard work and work instructions for production, and plan jigs and fixtures for manufacturing use with regular maintenance.
Address quality issues, provide timely resolutions, and support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, including NPI and prototype development.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers on functional tests, troubleshooting, compliance testing, and second-source component selection; support schematic and PCB layout.
Communicate effectively in English, work independently or in a team, and contribute to new materials and processes exploration for product enhancements.
