Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for ad ranking, bidding, and optimization in a high-scale ads platform.
Design, train, and deploy production-grade models and scalable serving systems.
Perform systematic feature engineering on diverse, large-scale data to drive performance.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
Improve reliability and stability by building monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining pipelines.
Stay current with state-of-the-art ML methods and contribute to the team's strategy and roadmap.
