Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
Identify and onboard new talent that aligns with clients' brand objectives and values.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute creative marketing campaigns that meet client goals.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Ensure clear communication and alignment between influencers, clients, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and 2+ years in influencer marketing or social media, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
