Lead and line-manage a small team of Data Scientists in Applied AI, delivering high-impact AI/ML initiatives at scale.
Oversee multiple projects, balancing delivery with Applied AI best practices and standardization.
Translate product and business needs into AI deliverables, with hands-on contributions as required.
Prioritize and shape Applied AI work across product innovation, maintenance, research, and foundational efforts, aligned with roadmaps and DataOps/MLOps requirements.
Leverage NLP, topic modelling, recommendation, classification, and generative AI to improve models and deployment practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, accountability, and learning; attract, mentor, and retain AI scientists while managing risk and cross-functional partnerships.
