Identify growth opportunities, pursue relationships, and secure sales for Leak Defense in assigned markets.
Develop and execute sales plans and key account strategies aligned with the annual operating plan.
Support and train manufacturers' representatives; educate contractors, engineers, and facility managers on solutions.
Create and promote promotional programs; communicate with distributors, contractors, and field teams.
Provide VOC feedback to design teams; participate in tradeshows, industry events, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
This remote role requires up to 70% travel; maintain integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
