Network Engineer – Wakefield

A network engineer with at least three years of experience supporting complex network environments is sought to manage and maintain diverse network systems, including Cisco switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and cloud connectivity. Responsibilities include supporting WAN, LAN, VPNs, and cloud connections, as well as contributing to ongoing technology projects to ensure network resilience. The role requires a methodical troubleshooting approach, strong analytical skills, and clear communication to both technical and non-technical teams. A background in Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, Firepower, and related technologies is preferred. The successful candidate will work primarily in Wakefield, with travel across regional sites as required, in a large-scale public sector setting.
