Manage projects from design through construction, coordinating with clients, agencies, and contractors.
Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and industry best practices while prioritizing quality and safety.
Prepare and review civil/site designs, assess subsystem components, and monitor vendor and contractor activities.
Represent the project team at municipal meetings and deliver clear technical presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, EIT certification, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required, with 3+ years of public-sector experience.
