Lead and develop a small team of Data Analysts to uncover opportunities to improve operations and financial performance across major projects.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
Define and prioritize data workstreams aligned to strategic objectives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Perform data wrangling, statistical analysis, and visualization using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Identify data gaps, collaborate with Heads of Department and Directors to agree required data points and improve data quality.
Drive experimentation to assess the impact of new initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
