仕事内容
Lead the financial management function on a fixed-term basis, focusing on IFRS16 lease accounting, asset management, and impairment considerations.
Oversee month-end close for capex additions and depreciation, review reconciliations, and ensure accurate reporting across entities.
Own the accounting for property valuations and impairment, coordinating with internal and external advisors and the audit process.
Develop and run impairment and onerous contract models, performing scenario analysis and providing management commentary.
Provide guidance to junior team members, coach the fixed assets workstream, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align forecasts with organizational requirements and ensure timely delivery.
