仕事内容
Lead end-to-end ML model development that maps multi-modal sensor inputs to driving actions in real-world and simulated environments.
Design architectures and scalable pipelines that connect perception, behavior prediction, and control components.
Advance learning objectives aligned with safety, comfort, and efficiency, using methods such as imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and differentiable planning.
Prototype and evaluate new paradigms including world models, diffusion models, and foundation models for autonomous driving.
Collaborate with Perception, Prediction, and Motion Planning teams to ensure interfaces and interoperability of learned and modular components.
Mentor engineers, drive large-scale experimentation, and contribute to robust E2E evaluation via closed-loop simulation and on-road validation.
