Lead and conduct state-of-the-art research in artificial intelligence and machine learning with a focus on large-scale solutions to optimize recommender systems.
Apply scientific analysis to data, design and run experiments, and implement hands-on solutions that enhance personalization and user satisfaction.
Develop practical applications for recommendations and scalable evaluations, including optimizing Generative AI models for multiple objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineers, product managers, designers, user researchers, and analysts—to translate research into impactful features and roadmaps.
Publish findings and participate in external conferences to maintain a strong research profile.
This role is based in London with hybrid work options to balance in-person collaboration and remote work.
