仕事内容
Lead the management of employee data processes within Workday HCM and EIB mass loads to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Recommend enhancements to the Workday system to improve efficiency and user experience, and centralize testing of all configuration changes.
Execute end-to-end UAT for Workday updates, ensuring security access, business processes, and EIB mass loads function as expected.
Develop and maintain documentation, create standard and custom reports, and drive data quality improvements through audits.
Serve as process SME for global standardization, support multiple projects, and train new team members.
Requirements include 5+ years in HRIS (Workday) with HCM and EIB expertise, advanced Excel, problem-solving, and strong communication.
