Own end-to-end design and deployment of ML-based targeting products, such as auto targeting and user lookalikes.
Set the research direction and technical roadmap for complex retrieval projects, guiding day-to-day execution.
Mentor junior ML engineers and collaborate with product, research, and infra teams to productize ML research.
Research, implement, test, and deploy new retrieval model architectures (GNNs, transformers, two-tower, LLMs) to improve advertiser outcomes.
Lead offline and online experimentation, optimize large-scale data systems, and drive product integration.
Communicate insights and strategy with cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals.
