As a Personalization Data Scientist, translate business problems into scalable ML-driven solutions for sorting, filtering, and recommendations.
Design, test, and deploy personalization pipelines and forecasting models to capture evolving customer preferences.
Formulate and solve complex optimization problems (linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic) to maximize defined KPIs.
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and MLOps to deliver end-to-end solutions and monitor model performance.
Stay current with the latest personalization techniques while applying classical methods when appropriate.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across business and technical teams and contribute to a data-driven culture.
