Provide an exceptional dining experience in a luxury environment by welcoming guests, presenting menus, and guiding choices.
Ensure the dining area is impeccably presented, with tables set with linens, silverware, and glassware, and kept pristine between guests.
Deliver front-of-house service, greet and seat guests, and take food and beverage orders.
Offer menu knowledge, highlight daily specials, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate ordering.
Serve meals and drinks, check guests’ satisfaction, handle payments, and process billing efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of front-of-house equipment, report concerns to management, and pursue Level 2 Food Hygiene or equivalent while adapting to care-focused service for older guests.
