Industrial Engineer Intern
仕事内容
This internship offers hands-on exposure to large-scale manufacturing projects, working with experienced engineers on production line planning, capacity analysis, and process optimization.
You will assist with line layout, material flow, takt time analysis, equipment placement, space planning, and capacity calculations.
You will calculate cycle time hours and standard production capacity, and collect and analyze manufacturing data (cycle time, UPH, OEE, yield, etc.).
You will perform basic statistical analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams (US and China) to communicate design proposals and track action items to closure.
You will support on-site engineering activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
