Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and review income tax provisions, tax footnotes, and U.S. federal/state returns, including estimated payments and extensions.
Manage reconciliations for taxes payable and deferred taxes; stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance.
Perform detailed financial analysis, including P&L review and profitability by business segment.
Coordinate annual financial audits and quarterly reviews, ensuring timely completion and adherence to reporting formats.
Support audits and internal/external tax reviews while maintaining robust accounting processes and ERP data integrity.
