Candidates should possess at least one year of professional graphic design experience, with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as experience in motion graphics and digital content creation. They should be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced marketing environment and have a portfolio demonstrating creativity and commercial awareness.
