A Business Analyst is required to support a greenfield Dayforce implementation project in Bristol. The role involves gathering payroll and HR requirements, supporting data migration, and facilitating testing activities. Candidates should have strong payroll process expertise, experience with payroll system implementations, and data migration skills. The role demands excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities. Dayforce experience is highly desired, but strong payroll expertise in other systems is acceptable. This contract is for six months, based in Bristol on a hybrid working model, starting in September.
