Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Pose Estimation

Lead the development of robust pose estimation and structure-from-motion pipelines to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability in 3D reconstruction. Design and implement learned modules for camera calibration, pose refinement, and integration with classical geometric methods. Advance geometry-aware ML models and scalable multiview reconstruction systems to support large-scale digital twins. Collaborate with ML engineers to curate datasets, define metrics, and drive end-to-end evaluation of reconstruction quality. Position available in Vancouver, BC, Canada and Karlsruhe, Germany with on-site requirements (no remote work). Requires MS/PhD in ML/CV/Robotics or related field, strong Python and CUDA production-level coding, and deep knowledge of 3D geometry and optimization.
