仕事内容
Own recruiting for three key groups: certified Pilates instructors, Front of House, and studio Managers across NYC and the Hamptons.
Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across outreach, referrals, local networks, and training programs to generate qualified candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and screening through interviews, feedback collection, and offer coordination to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Partner with studio and company leadership to align on needs, priorities, and interview plans, maintaining momentum and clear communication.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, keep ATS records accurate, and share recruiting metrics and funnel health.
Represent the brand in the field by attending community events, open calls, and outreach initiatives to attract top talent.
