Business Analyst – Anywhere

A Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and implementation of strategic enhancements in KYB Non-Personal journeys, including processes for Limited Companies and Sole Traders. They produce process maps, customer communications, and manage incidents while supporting process improvement initiatives through technology to increase automation and customer satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Data teams to manage complex deliverables effectively. The analyst owns the entire lifecycle from requirement gathering to solution design and implementation, ensuring objectives are met with minimal oversight. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and stakeholder management are essential for success in this position.
