Support editorial and outreach for recognition programs, including national rankings, female founders initiatives, and regional lists.
Lead targeted outreach to prospective companies to build a growing applicant pipeline and drive engagement with repeat winners.
Manage and regularly update the candidate database (e.g., with CMS/Airtable), coordinating with writers for timely contacts.
Develop new leads and nurture partnerships with community organizations to expand the applicant pool.
Review applications, conduct exploratory calls, and present promising candidates to editors for coverage.
Collaborate with editorial, social, marketing, and PR teams to promote programs and support events and list launches.
