Senior Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation

Provide technical engineering support across the full lifecycle of capital growth projects, focusing on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for crude and water pipeline facilities.
Serve as the discipline SME to ensure designs comply with engineering standards, industry specifications, and applicable regulations.
Design and install electrical and automation systems, motors, protective devices, instrumentation, and related equipment; develop or modify control logic as needed.
Review project specifications, vendor quotations, drawings, and manufacturing procedures; prepare functional specs and PLC Cause & Effect documentation.
Troubleshoot complex I&E issues, including PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, analyzers, transmitters, and power distribution equipment; coordinate with contractors and OEMs during site activities.
Maintain knowledge of standards, support technical standard reviews, and collaborate with internal designers and external engineering firms while focusing on safety, budget, and schedule performance.
