Develop organisational models that strengthen governance and streamline cybersecurity operations.
Embed cybersecurity into governance frameworks through collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across people, process, and technology.
Define workforce structures and SQEP requirements to support steady-state operations while ensuring regulatory compliance (NCSC, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
