Data Analyst

TSA Surveying Ltd seeks a technical data analyst with expertise in building surveying, housing asset data or property compliance. The role involves analysing, validating, and ensuring the quality of stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes, and RdSAP data. The analyst will collaborate with field surveyors to identify data issues and provide technical support, including mobile data collection. Responsibilities include investigating data anomalies, using Excel for data analysis, and preparing datasets for reporting and asset management. The ideal candidate possesses experience in property data systems, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills. Knowledge of social housing or mobile survey software is desirable, alongside strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
