Leadcare Nursing Agency is seeking qualified registered nurses to provide high-quality care in private and care home settings across Northern Ireland. Nurses will assess, plan and deliver person-centred nursing care, administer medication, monitor residents' health, and liaise with healthcare professionals. Candidates should have valid NMC registration, at least six months' recent nursing experience, and good communication skills. The role offers day, night, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and free mandatory training.
