Full-time K-3 Associate Teacher role designed to develop teaching practice through mentorship in a progressive setting.
Support Head Teacher with daily classroom operations, plan and lead small-group or whole-class lessons, and assist with assessments.
Document student needs, contribute to curriculum planning, and participate in grade-level meetings, conferences, and professional development.
Write trimester progress reports, supervise lunch, recess, and dismissal duties, and help maintain an organized classroom.
Pursue ongoing graduate coursework or professional development while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Early Education required; experience with Lower School and inclusion-focused teaching preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
