仕事内容
This role focuses on specialized collection activities for auto loan portfolios, including contacting customers and negotiating payment arrangements.
Maintain a queue of accounts with regular follow-up calls and perform skip-tracing to locate collateral information.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines while handling sensitive financial information.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Requires at least 2 years of automotive collections experience; bankruptcy knowledge is highly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
This onsite position in Irving, TX is temp-to-hire with compensation of $22–$24 per hour; vetting includes background, credit, and drug screening.
