Collaborate with product teams to translate goals into well-defined ML problems and success metrics.
Partner with ML engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade models with reliable pipelines.
Conduct offline and online evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of models after deployment.
Stay up to date with the latest research and proactively propose innovative applications.
Mentor junior scientists and help evolve team culture and standards.
