仕事内容
Act as the estimator and project liaison for civil infrastructure initiatives.
Develop detailed estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, site observations, and subcontractor input.
Manage submittals, work plans, schedules, and project documentation including budgets and P&L responsibilities.
Coordinate with field crews and the General Foreman to ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with the work plan.
Monitor procurement, material orders, and subcontractor performance; track costs and identify variances.
Prepare progress reports, ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards (OSHA), and support project managers on current projects.
