Design and implement a formal agency-wide compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
Serve as the ethical authority, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability across all organizational levels.
Monitor regulatory developments, manage contract and grant compliance, and liaise with regulators, auditors, and external subject matter experts.
Lead internal audits, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting to executive leadership and board committees.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls, risk assessments, and a confidential ethics hotline program.
Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure employment, fiduciary, and charitable giving compliance, and provide legal review of major contracts.
