Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer – Motherwell

BakerHicks is seeking a Senior or Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to support the growth of our Land Quality and Geo-Environmental capability across the UK. You will lead technical delivery, mentoring, and team development on a range of projects. The role involves establishing a presence in London or strengthening the Motherwell team, working within multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and delivery timelines, and contributing to client-facing proposals. Candidates should have strong technical skills in geo-environmental engineering, project management, and team leadership.
