Hybrid Cloud Engineer

A Hybrid Cloud Engineer is sought to manage and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure within a Europe-focused operations model.
Responsibilities include ITSM incident and problem management, SLA adherence, and following change management across compute, storage, cloud, and remote desktop environments.
Proactively diagnose issues, document solutions, transfer knowledge, and mentor team members while maintaining accurate monitoring and reporting.
Remediate vulnerabilities identified by security scanners or vendor bulletins and participate in architecture reviews for new acquisitions.
Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC, and participate in on-call rotations.
Required skills include cloud platform management (Azure/AWS), virtualization (Nutanix/VMware/Hyper-V), storage, Windows Server (AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO), and ITIL practices.
