Concrete Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Estimator with 3+ years of experience in concrete construction to drive accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential projects. You will review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to quantify materials, labor, and equipment costs. You will obtain and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes, and prepare bid proposals and cost breakdowns under tight deadlines. Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to validate estimates and support project execution. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed, and maintain up-to-date pricing databases for materials and labor. Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills are essential; proficiency in Excel and PlanSwift, plus the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, is required.
